The Wallach Project is a registered, tax-exempt eingetragener Verein (non-profit association) in Germany. Its registration number is VR 209512. Its Board members are all descendants of the three Wallach brothers Moritz, Julius, and Max, who managed the original Wallach business.

Jamie Hall, Chair
Jamie has worked with non-profits for more than 20 years, managing large programs and leading organizations operating in complex international emergency and protracted conflict settings. He has spent much of that time specializing in displacement and refugee issues. Now living in Athens, Greece with his young family, Jamie provides strategy and other consulting services to a range of client organizations working on humanitarian issues in Europe and worldwide. Jamie is the great grandson of Max Wallach.
Amelia Rosenberg, Deputy Chair
Amelia is a US based artist whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, lineage, and the natural world. She works as Assistant Professor of Ceramics at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. Amelia received her BFA in Ceramics from the University of North Carolina Asheville and her MFA from the University of Iowa. Amelia’s 2017 undergraduate research project Folk Art and Ancestry, German Jewish Creation Through Time was the catalyst for the Wallach Project, and helped spark interest in other family members wanting to honor their creative lineage. In 2021 she co-founded WP alongside Jamie Hall. She is the great granddaughter of Moritz Wallach.


Josh Relin, Director
Josh is a clinical psychologist and musician who lives and works in Northampton, MA, USA. In his private practice he offers psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups and consults to schools. He also teaches listening and relational skills to educators as a faculty member of the Stanley King Institute for Deep Listening. He has served on the board of The Wallach Project since 2024, and is the great grandson of Moritz Wallach.
Mahri Relin, Director
Mahri is the founder and owner of Body Conceptions, a women’s health and wellness company, and she works as a therapist supporting women through trauma, health challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Mahri received her BA from Williams College with a junior year at Oxford University, and she also holds two master’s degrees in clinical psychology and clinical mental health counseling. With a background as a professional performing artist, Mahri brings a deep appreciation for creativity, embodiment, and the preservation of family legacy to her role on the board. Mahri is the great-granddaughter of Moritz Wallach. She splits her time between Denver, New York City, and Tuscany, Italy.


Cora Sanches, Director
Cora is a Brazilian researcher and designer dedicated to exploring the intersections of material culture, memory, and design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Product Design and a master’s degree in Design from the State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG). She is dedicated to honoring her family’s artistic history while fostering new creative dialogues within the project. Cora is the great great granddaughter of Julius Wallach.
Juliette Wallace, Director
Juliette is a trained curator and musician. She attended London’s Courtauld Institute and has contributed to the curation of exhibitions in established institutions including the Courtauld Gallery (London) and HangarBicocca (Milan). She has founded two curation enterprises: TundoCurating (2015-2021) and Pity Arty (2024-ongoing). She also works as a touring musician; a recording session musician; and is a lecturer at the British Institute of Modern Music. She is co-founder and head of the independent arts and music collective, Pity Party Collective, which gives a platform to under-the-radar artists. Juliette is the great granddaughter of Max Wallach.
